We want you to love your Karina Grimaldi pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 21 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached to ensure the garment remains in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
